I chose these book titles for Historical fiction because I read these books while in middle school and in high school they had a great impact on viewing things/ the world differently that took place in the past. My thoughts about Historical fiction are that books often contain actual historical persons.

Favorite Picture Book

 Greetings readers, My favorite picture book as a child was "The Cat In The Hat" by Dr. Seuss. I think it was my favorite because I fell in love with the storyline, I remember watching the movie, and my 2nd-grade language arts teacher reading it to the class. However, this is one of my favorites to this point because of the illustrations of the book and the lessons a child could learn.
